Show Notes:
– Due to production restrictions, this was the first of only three shows of the tour where the dad recliner was not on the stage. Fred also didn’t wear a wig at this show for the only time on this tour.
– This was the first time since 2001 that the band played the Intro of Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water over the PA to start the show. ‘Thieves’ (Ministry cover) was played in it’s short version to open the show after that. This was the only time in 2022 that the band opened a show like that.
– This was the first time since 2019.12.03 West Hollywood, California that ‘9 Teen 90 Nine’ has been played live. Thanks to the band for playing both the CSATHDFW Intro and this song upon our request before the show!
– ‘Dad Vibes’ was dropped for the first time since it was implemented into the setlist but played over the PA as show outro instead.
– ‘Nookie’ was played until the second chorus and went straight into ‘Full Nelson’ which didn’t have anyone join the band on vocals for the first of three times on this tour.
– ‘Barnacle’ was supposed to be debuted at this show too but dropped during the show.
– DJ Lethal played the following interludes over the PA at this show: ‘Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)’ by Backstreet Boys (after ‘Dirty Rotten Bizkit’), ‘Tearin’ Up My Heart’ by NSYNC (after ‘9 Teen 90 Nine’), ‘Rawhide’ in A (originally by Frankie Laine, performed by The Blues Brothers) (after ‘Rollin’ (Air Raid Vehicle)’), ‘…Baby One More Time’ by Britney Spears (after ‘Hot Dog’), ‘Genie In A Bottle’ by Christina Aguilera (after ‘My Way’), ‘Jump Around’ by House Of Pain (after ‘Livin’ It Up’), ‘Turn It Up, Bitch’ (after ‘Full Nelson’), ‘Careless Whisper’ by George Michael (before ‘Gold Cobra’) and ‘Push Him Up’ ‘Insane In The Brain’ (before ‘Take A Look Around’). Fred made the people in the crowd dance with each other for ‘Careless Whisper’.
– When the crowd replied him that marihuana was legal in Virginia, Fred brought someone from the audience on stage who had a stack of it with him to pass to DJ Lethal. He was allowed to stay on DJ Lethal’s riser for ‘Take A Look Around’.
– After ‘Take A Look Around’ the band invited all opening bands and band crew on stage to fake a goodbye including the ‘Saturday Night Live’ outro playing over the PA. Once everyone arrived on stage and “said” their goodbyes, Fred reveals that they “forgot” one song which follows in Wes starting ‘Break Stuff’ and the band playing the song straight. Members of $not’s entourage stagedived during the bridge untli the end of the song.
– Soundcheck of this show was ‘Out Of Style’, ‘Dirty Rotten Bizkit’ twice (first until first Chorus, then full song), ‘Pill Popper’, ‘Dad Vibes’ (twice), ‘Barnacle’ (twice), ‘It’ll Be OK’ bridge and first verse jams, ‘Nookie’ (until second chorus) into ‘Full Nelson’ and ‘My Way’.

Other Notes:
– This was the first time since 1999 that the band played in Virginia and the first time since 1998 that the band played in Norfolk.
– This show was originally supposed to take place at the Chartway Arena (capacity up to 9000) but moved to The NorVa three weeks before the show due to poor ticket sales. However, the NorVa was sold out and 1500 people were in attendance.
– The show can be considered a make up show for the cancelled show in 2021.
